Trailer was bought new and has had only one owner. In good condition and loaded with options and specials. Bunkhouse Conversion with blue and tan colors. Low mileage on the trailer. Will easily handle a 16-17 hand Tennessee Walking Horse without worrying about height or length of the horse. Trailer is 26' overall floor length; 8' Wide and 7'6" tall; air conditioning runs on electric or 110V battery; heat runs on gas; lighting in living quarters and the horse area runs on electric or 110V battery;quad aluminum battery box w/2 Optima Batteries and Battery Isolator (charges from Truck or 110V). Hydraulic Lunde Lift Jack system; HydraStar Brakes (electric over hydraulic brakes); 7200lb torsion axles blocked 2" for better ground clearance; 10 ply radial tires w/spare (like new); stainless steel simulators on wheels, pair of extra height turn signals; 8' hay rack w/ladder-non-slip traction strip on ladder steps; 5 add'l running lights on top rail; 3 add'l running lights on nose; 4 outside spot lights (1 at back of trailer for loading & unloading; 1 under gooseneck; 1 on each side at tie areas; 45/55 rear doors for easier loading; drop down windows both front and back of horse (all have screens, front windows have bars and managers); stud stall has full divider w/rubber on both sides and slatted head bars, an escape door at the head w/drop down window, hag bag and safety bar; 2nd & 3rd stalls have managers w/slatted head dividers, 2 ties overhead and full length dividers w/pads & hold backs. There is blown in rubber flooring w/rubber sheeting on walls all the way up to the windows. You can clean out easily with a hose and not harm the inside floor or walls.

Inside is insulated and & double walled. There are two-way roof vents, 4 bridle hooks with light over hooks; 2 outside access doors for storage, located under the windows; 6 outside ties (3 each side of the trailer); 3 dome lights over window at rear of horses; 1 padded butt bar for the last horse loaded; a walk through lockable door from horse area into living area; rear ramp loading with rubber padding for safety of the horses in loading and unloading. Rear tack room has it's own door separate from the horse area; 3 saddle racks, swing-out blanket bar for 3, 2 brush boxes and 15 bridle hooks; generator compartment under the tack area w/venilated door; 1 dome light inside the tack area and 2 halogen load lights above the door -- 1 on the horse head side and 1 on the rear of the horses.

LIVING AREA: Maple cabinets with lots of storage space both in the living area and the bath area; easy to clean vinyl tile floor; kitchen counters w/double sink & window over sinks, light over sink and 2 burner stove (runs on gas); full size refrigerator w/ true freezer area (runs on electric or gas); hot water heater (runs on gas) microwave/convection oven w/cookbook and directions included; sleeps 4 -- queen size or regular mattress over gooseneck plus sleeper couch; television area with satellite antenna; CD & AM/FM radio; inside and outside speakers; removable table top & bench seating; flushable toilet; corner, circular glass shower, w/removable shower head and door which slides into the frame so no water leaks occur while entering or exiting the shower; overhead skylight in bath with fan, lockable door into bath area; escape door into horse area; full sink with lighted mirror and closets for hanging clothes as well as a laundry bin, drawers and shelving; hat racks, smoke detectors, jalousie windows with roman shades, a bus window with roman shade behind the couch; RV door w/window and roman shade; there are cabinets on both sides of the bed as well as a mirror and overhead reading lights. RV Door is 28" w/integrated screen door (screen door separates from outer door by handle in outer door construction) which means you can open the outer door and use the screen door or open/close both doors together. All doors in living quarters and at the horse area can be locked open from the outside. There are two removable aluminum steps (1 at the living area and 1 as an escape area at the stud stall). There's a 7' cabinet at the door where coats and boots can be stored as well as cabinets below the stove and couch. There are cabinets over the couch and the sink. And, last but not least, there's a 15' long, 2-step awning w/aluminum cover that collapses when water gets heavy so there's no need to go outside in the rain to put the awning away! It's a great trailer!
