Wheel bearings have been greased every 4K or so miles, tires replaced as needed, water pump replaced in 2018, movable parts greased/lubed as needed and exterior washed every few months.
As you enter the front entrance, there is a bedroom and bathroom to the left. The bedroom offers a queen bed with wardrobes and nightstands on either side of the bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink & toilet. There is a closet and more storage behind the toilet. A large shower with skylight. Owner is a big guy and the toilet provides the room for him to stretch out without his leg sticking out into the living area.
The main living area has a slide with a new sofa, double kitchen sink, three burner range and plenty of storage above and below the kitchen counters.
Kitchen is located at the front "V" of the trailer with 2 windows and a 3 burner stove, microwave and refrigerator. Across from the couch and kitchen table slide you will find a pantry and storage drawers. The cafe style dinette provides comfortable seating for family and friends with additional storage below the bench style seats.

They work with qualified inspectors nationwide who will come out to the rig's location, review the condition, and send over a full report--including photos!
