Offered for your consideration is an opportunity to own a higher-end Class A motorhome ready for the road and adventure. You are looking at a 2016 gas powered Southwind 34A. The chassis is manufactured by the legendary Fleetwood Corp. Technical details regarding the frame and power plant are amplified above. The unit was purchased new from La Mesa in Tucson, AZ in April 2016 by the seller. We had big travel plans that did not come to fruition hence the 4100 mile reading on the odometer. The rig has been stored in a dedicated storage facility from day one. We paid extra for full paint protection package. A Banks high-performance exhaust package was installed allowing for much better engine performance. The tires were replaced with TOYO rubber in April 2020. A Steer Safe front stabilizer was in stalled shortly after purchase. A set of Interstate house batteries was installed in January 2021. We have a complete organized set of receipts and maintenance logs for everything done to this RV. Included are many items the new owner will not have to purchase: new sewer hose/support, 2 sets of leveling blocks, tool kit, electric kit, first aide kit, windshields solar battery minder, 2 lawn chairs, folding camp table,. One item of note is a Tire Minder A1A system that has not been installed - a critical safety component. We leave the kitchen utensils and soft stuff, We leave the bedroom linens, etc. In summary, this rig has been meticulously cared for in every way. The cherry interior is near perfect with attention to careful fitment and design. You will appreciate the upper-end appliances, i.e. full refrigerator and well thought out floor plan.
