Items needing work:
-Three window day/night shades need to be re-strung. I've re-strung several shades in the past.
-There is a slow water leak in the water line coming in to the toilet. Might just need to tighten a fitting. The water line is underneath a cover and requires removal of said cover to check it out. Toilet operation is fine.
-The grommet/connector for the exterior shower hose needs to be replaced. This does not affect hose operation.
-One passenger-side exterior storage compartment door has some skin damage which doesn't look good, but doesn't affect the door's operation/sealing.
-The exterior invertor storage compartment door skin has a "ding" in it. Strictly an appearance issue.
-The polymer coating is peeling up on the fiberglass rear cap at the rear edge of the roof panel. Not visible from the street, and the underlying paint is still good. You need to climb onto the roof to see this.
-The fridge has to be manually defrosted, but normal operation is fine. I usually keep temps at 1 and 40 deg F. I replaced the defrosting elements 3 years ago, and it worked OK till this winter.
-Some of the windows are developing a cloudy "hazing" in the material sandwiched between the glass panels.
-The grey water tank sensor reads perpetually at 2/3 full. I've managed to get it working previously, but not on this latest trip north. It still indicates whenever the tank gets above 2/3 full.
-Occasionally I will get a "water in fuel" warning on the dash when driving through rain. This has been checked out and the dealer says that the rubber boot doesn't work very well at keeping road water from getting into the sensor. The warning goes away when the rain does. I've been told to ignore the warning during rainstorms.
