2000 Country Coach Affinity 42' Class A Motorhome. Caterpillar 455HP Diesel Engine. 2 Slide Outs, Awning, Sleeps 6, 2 A/C Units. High-End Luxury, Proven Performance, Fully Updated & Road Ready!
Experience timeless luxury and legendary craftsmanship with this beautifully maintained 2000 Country Coach Affinity 42' Double Slide. Powered by the highly respected 455 HP Caterpillar C-12 diesel engine, this premium diesel pusher represents one of the finest eras of motorhome construction-built when quality, durability, and attention to detail came first.
Offered by a longtime diesel pusher enthusiast-not a dealer-this coach has been meticulously maintained by an owner with over 35 years of experience owning some of the industry's most prestigious motorhomes, including Newell, Prevost, Marathon, Featherlite, Beaver, American Coach, and multiple Country Coach Affinity models. After owning more than 15 luxury coaches, the seller considers this one among the very best.
With fewer than 160,000 miles, this Affinity has been extensively serviced and upgraded for dependable touring. Recent improvements include new slide seals, all new house and chassis batteries, three new roof air conditioners, a new toilet, two new flat-screen TVs, two new front tires, new front brakes, harmonic balancer seal replacement, front wheel seals, and a rear drive seal. The rear tires remain in excellent condition and are within date codes. The exterior boasts approximately 90% new clear coat, giving this classic coach an outstanding appearance.
Designed for comfortable long-distance travel, this Affinity is equipped with a 12kW Onan generator with auto-start, Webasto hydronic diesel heating system, propane/12V water heater, 2,500-watt inverter with remote controls, queen-size bed, three-burner gas cooktop with oven, and abundant solid cabinetry throughout. All exterior awnings and interior day/night shades are in excellent condition.
Instead of a traditional dinette, the seller installed a comfortable futon, creating a more open living area with additional seating-perfect for entertaining friends, traveling with family, or relaxing after a day of adventure.
The original stereo and Bose Lifestyle components were removed, while the factory Bose speakers and wiring remain in place, allowing the next owner to easily install the modern entertainment system of their choice.
Every major system has been inspected, serviced, and verified. The coach has been driven more than 4,000 miles by its current owner and performs exceptionally well with excellent road manners, smooth power, and reliable operation.
If you're searching for a true luxury motorhome built during the golden age of diesel pushers, this Country Coach Affinity deserves your attention. Combining premium construction, thoughtful upgrades, proven Caterpillar power, and exceptional maintenance, it is ready for many more years of comfortable travel.
