2022 Palomino by Forest River Palomini 186RBS For Sale in Zion, IL
2022 Forest River Palomino 186RBS 21' 9" Travel Trailer. Slide Out, Awning, Sleeps 4, A/C Unit.
The 2022 Forest River Palomino 186RBS is a compact travel trailer that proves you don‘t need a big rig to enjoy big adventures. Designed for easy towing and maximum efficiency, this lightweight camper-just under 22 feet long and under 4,000 lbs dry-makes it perfect for weekend getaways or extended road trips without the hassle of a large setup.
Inside, smart design takes center stage. The versatile front living area quickly converts into a comfortable sleeping space with a Murphy bed, giving you the best of both worlds-relaxing lounge by day and a cozy bedroom at night. A slide-out expands the interior, creating a surprisingly open feel with seating, a dinette, and plenty of natural light.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a two-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and ample storage, making meal prep simple whether you‘re on a quick overnight or a longer adventure. Toward the rear, the spacious full bathroom offers a shower, porcelain toilet, and vanity-delivering the kind of convenience you‘d expect from a much larger RV.
Built with durability in mind, the 186RBS features aluminum construction, fiberglass sidewalls, and modern Azdel composite materials for added strength and longevity. Exterior highlights like a power awning with LED lighting, pass-through storage, and solar prep make it ready for both campground comfort and off-grid exploration.
With sleeping space for up to four, efficient tank capacities, and a lightweight, single-axle design, the 2022 Palomino 186RBS strikes the perfect balance between convenience and capability. It‘s an ideal choice for couples or small families looking to travel farther, stay longer, and enjoy the freedom of the open road-without sacrificing comfort.

Once you've narrowed down your RV search, we recommend considering a 3rd party inspection of the unit. This will allow you to set eyes on the vehicle and determine it's mechanical condition, without ever having to leave home.
We recommend Premier RV Inspections. They work with qualified inspectors nationwide who will come out to the rig's location, review the condition, and send over a full report--including photos!
An RV warranty, like those offered by Wholesale Warranties, will step in to pay for these costly repairs.
