The owners have made every effort to be transparent. The roof previously experienced a leak that has been repaired, and there are no known active leaks. There is also some exterior paint peeling, yellowing of the kitchen and bathroom sinks, a removed exterior kitchen drain, and a stain on the outdoor kitchen counter. These items are cosmetic in nature, while the appliances and major systems have been tested and are working properly.
Ready to go camping and ready for its next family to make memories!
